It seems to be unprofessional and rather old-fashioned.

It was hard for me to find price calculator, but finally I managed to do this. Prices appeared to be very big. I found an offer for discount, but 15% you will get only after you order more than 3000 words. That is ridiculous! Later I found out that other services, for example, offer 20% discount for your first order.

Quality of support

I cannot say nothing good or bad about the quality of the support, because I didn’t manage to contacts the support team representative. Live chat window didn’t work and I left several emails, but nobody replied me back.
